What the acceptance record means

When a client accepts, QuoteMango stores their typed name, the exact time (Eastern), their IP address and device, and a fingerprint of the proposal version they accepted. If you edit the proposal afterward, it becomes a new version — the accepted record always matches what the client actually saw.

Acceptance is a client acceptance record, not a formal electronic signature service. Your terms block — in your own words — is the agreement language the client confirms.
