Who operates QuoteMango
QuoteMango is operated by King Bull Ventures LLC, Miami, Florida, United States ("QuoteMango," "we"), which is the data controller for the information described in this policy. Contact: support@quotemango.com.
Information contractors give us
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a hashed password, plus your business profile (business name, contact details, logo, branding, and proposal defaults). We never store passwords in plain text and we never store payment card numbers — subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
Information about your clients
Contractors enter client names, contact details, property addresses, and proposal content so proposals can be sent and accepted. That information belongs to the contractor's business relationship with their client. We process it only to operate the proposal service: displaying the proposal to the client, recording views and acceptance, and notifying the contractor. We do not sell client information, we do not market to your clients, and we never add client addresses to any mailing list.
Acceptance records
When a client accepts a proposal we record their typed name, the time, their IP address, and device information, together with a fingerprint of the accepted proposal version. These records are stored for the contractor's account and are part of the service the contractor purchased.
We send transactional email only: proposal delivery, view and acceptance notifications, account and billing messages, and (if you enable it) a weekly account summary. Client email addresses are used solely to deliver the proposal and its confirmation.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers required to run QuoteMango (hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing), under their security and privacy terms, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may export your proposals and client records at any time. If you delete your account, your business, proposal, and client data is purged within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can update your business profile, notification preferences, and account email in Settings. For privacy requests — access, correction, or deletion — write to support@quotemango.com.
